Elena Permiakov, M.A.,R.M.T.

My first diploma was in nursing. After graduating with a Master's degree in Linguistics and Cognitive Science, I continued my education at the Moscow State University and the university in Wolverhampton, England. I worked as a teacher and researcher at the university in the city of Perm. In 1995, when Canada gave my family the green light, we left Russia despite my unfinished PhD.

New country, new life offered an opportunity for a change in a career. Medicine has been a life-long strong interest of mine. I earned a diploma with honours in massage therapy from International Academy of Health Sciences and now enthusiastically apply my knowledge, experience and natural gift to helping people live healthier happier lives.
